Download the .zip file in your preferred location on your pc (you only need to register with valid email to download).
Extract the zip file in the same folder, or wherever you prefer; open the folder, find the file "OneTranscriber.exe" and double-click on it to launch the program. That's all!
For your convenience and if you prefer, you can add a shortcut on the Desktop to the OneTranscriber.exe file
Login to the App
When launched the App prompts the authentication widget.
Enter your credentials (email and password), the same you used for registering on the Web site.
To get the credentials you first need to sign-up and register on Website with valid email address.
FREE TRIAL (5 minutes of Transcription) IS INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION (no credit card or anything else required).
App is up & running
On the left side bar and on top your account and subscription details are shown
In case you don't have subscribed a plan yet, "No Active Plan" is displayed.
Once you active a subscription plan, the data will appear, including available minutes for the period, and the "Start" button will be enabled.
Start to transcribe
You can use refresh button on top of the side bar to get updated account and subscription data.
Select from the picklist the Output Device that plays the audio you want to be transcribed. The list of active output audio devices on your pc is automatically detected at the app launch
Select also the languange that is played by the selected device and that you want to be transcribed.
When ready, click the "Start" button, and the transcripts of the played audio start to appear in the text boxes in real-time.
You will notice that the first text boxes displays the "partial" results of the live-captured audio. Once the "utterance" is stabilized by the algorithm, the "final" sentences will be appendend in the text box at the bottom, along with timestamps.
When you're done, you can click the "Stop" button and the transcription will terminate. Click again the refresh button to get the updated consumption and usage details.
